Contact support

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Laawol, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

2. Marketplace role and independent businesses

Laawol provides a marketplace, tracking tools, payment facilitation, and support. Registered businesses are independent providers. They are not Laawol employees, partners, joint venturers, or general agents. Unless a listing expressly identifies Laawol as the provider, Laawol is not the seller, carrier, freight forwarder, warehouse, vehicle dealer, manufacturer, importer, exporter, or insurer of the goods or services.

Each business is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of its listing; its prices and commitments; packing, pickup, transport, customs, delivery, and timing; licenses and permits; the condition and quality of goods; and any provider warranty or after-sale obligation.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized use. You are responsible for actions taken through your account. You can request account deletion from Settings in the app.

4. Requests, prices, and payment facilitation

Before confirming, review the provider, service, destination, price, fees, currency, and applicable terms. Customer charges are processed on the Laawol platform through a payment provider. Subject to the transaction terms, Laawol may deduct disclosed platform fees and transfer the provider’s payout to its connected payment account after the applicable payment or service conditions are met.

For the limited purpose of accepting payment for a provider transaction, the provider appoints Laawol as its limited payment-collection agent. A customer’s successful payment to Laawol satisfies the customer’s payment obligation to the provider for that amount. This limited payment role, and any tracking, support, refund, or dispute assistance, does not make Laawol the provider and does not transfer the business’s delivery or performance obligations to Laawol.

Refunds, cancellations, payout holds, reversals, and adjustments depend on the service, fulfillment status, displayed rules, fraud and risk controls, payment disputes, and applicable law.

5. Delivery estimates and provider performance

Pickup, departure, arrival, and delivery dates shown in Laawol are estimates supplied or confirmed by the business, not guarantees by Laawol. The business is responsible for performing and delivering its goods or services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laawol is not responsible for a business’s delay, missed or failed delivery, loss, damage, inaccurate description, or other nonperformance.

Laawol may help the parties communicate, review records, seek a correction, or facilitate a refund or dispute. Providing that assistance is not an admission of liability and does not guarantee a particular outcome. This clause does not exclude liability caused by Laawol’s own conduct or any right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

6. Vehicles and titles

Sellers must publish accurate vehicle information, including condition and title status, and disclose whether a vehicle has a rebuilt title. Buyers should review documents, arrange any needed inspection, and confirm terms before purchase.

7. Shipping and prohibited items

You must accurately describe shipment contents, weight, value, and recipient. Illegal, dangerous, carrier-prohibited, or undeclared items are not allowed. Inspections, customs duties, taxes, and government requirements may apply.

8. Conduct and content

You may not use Laawol to commit fraud, harass others, bypass payment controls, publish misleading information, infringe rights, disrupt the service, or break the law. You keep ownership of content you provide and grant Laawol permission to display, transmit, and process it as needed to provide the service.

9. Availability and liability

We work to provide a reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a complete absence of errors. To the extent permitted by law, Laawol is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or unforeseeable losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend an account to protect users, investigate suspicious activity, enforce these terms, or comply with law. When reasonably possible, we will notify the user and provide a review path.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform or law changes. We will post the effective date and provide additional notice for material changes.
